Ah-ha! So there is indeed more (as I assumed there would be in the sketchbook). This is a really happy, benign rendition of the fifth Doctor who many others seem to make completely bland. I think Peter would approve :)

I love the fifth doctor! And you're right, your rendition is so cheerful and lovely.
He was a brilliant Doctor and a forerunner for Ten.
