River Song "meets" the Doctor.
When asked at SDCC about whether we will see River Song in the future (since she is in the Tenth Doctor's future), Moffat said that the Doctor could just sneak out in the TARDIS late at night with his toothbrush to see River. (implying that we don't actually have to see it filmed for it to have happened in the storyline, etc. basically he's not telling us whether we'll see River again or not)
and then he joked that taking ones toothbrush to a date can be dangerous and presumptuous. (which creates a funny thought in that the Doctor already knows he'll have a relationship with River (or does he?), so it's not quite presumptuous, is it? so then a toothbrush would be a SPOILER!)

She's my favorite character ever.
I love River's grin at him here, it's very fitting to her character.
