Hey folks, since the majority of you who answered the poll were into art & animation, I decided to go through my bookshelves and update my recommended  how to draw and animate booklist!
I've updated it with more how to animate books, added books on storytelling and composition and added some Japanese animation storyboard books and pose files which I really enjoyed! (Maybe some day I will go through my Japanese animation and video game art-of books… haha… maybe not…) Hope you'll find something to inspire you or that you hadn't seen before! If you have some books to recommend to me that you think I'd like, let me know!

wow~ all those books sound great. i think i might try to buy some of them. i like learning more about animation, since i'm still doing flipbooks :3 do you know any books that can teach beginners about making longer and more complex animations?

well, longer animations are the same as shorter ones...! But I'd recommend starting with perhaps Eric Goldberg's book.
